Comfortis Plus Green (810mg Spinosad + 13.5mg Milbemycin Oxime)

Comfortis Plus is easy to dose chewable flea and worm control treatment for large dogs. The advanced version of Comfortis, Comfortis Plus not only destroys fleas but also controls heartworms and various intestinal worms. The oral treatment starts working within a few hours and kills adult fleas before they lay eggs. It prevents flea infestations and aids in the treatment program of flea allergy dermatitis. The monthly treatment aids in the prevention of heartworm disease and treats intestinal worms. The tasty chewable tablet is easy to dose and has no side effects on monthly treatment. It is safe for dogs and puppies above 8 weeks of age & bodyweight 5lbs (2.3 kg) or greater.

The monthly chewable tablets are for Large dogs between 40.1 to 60 pounds in weight size (18.1 to 27kg) is safe to use on pregnant, breeding, and lactating dogs, available in 6 pack & 12 pack

Comfortis Plus dog tablets are a multi-parasitic treatment. The active ingredient spinosad works against adult fleas and controls flea infestation. The other ingredient milbemycin oxime acts on intestinal worms and controls immature stages of heartworms. The oral treatment (milbemycin oxime + spinosad) for dogs eliminates worms and fleas. Having a heartworm treatment in this, don't you need a blood test on all dogs for heartworm, before giving this to them?? I know treating a dog for heartworm when they have heartworms can kill them.

Trifexis is frequently referred to as Comfortis Plus as it contains all the same ingredients (Spinosad, Milbemycin Oxime) as Trifexis and it's manufactured by the same manufacturer Elanco.
