Shipping Cost

Budget Pet Care provides free shipping (non-tracked) on all orders shipped across the USA. Shipping charges worth $9.99 will be applied to orders shipped outside the USA.

We also offer Tracked Shipping service at only $6.99 extra on the order value. Tracked Shipping enables you to keep track of your shipment all the way from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Dispatch Time

Most orders are processed on the same day; however, if an order is placed on a holiday, or during the weekend, then it is dispatched on the next working day.

Order Status

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account on our website. Our customer service desk can also assist you with the status of your order at our Toll-Free number 1-800-840-2008 between 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST Mon-Sat. You can also send in queries at our email address customerservice@budgetpetcare.com.

Delivery Time

Most of our orders arrive within 10-15 business days within the USA. Orders shipped outside the USA, take 21-28 days to arrive after shipping.

We Guarantee

BudgetPetCare is committed to sending you the merchandise you order at all costs. For any reason, if the order is not delivered within 5 weeks from the day it was shipped, we will either resend your order without any extra charges, or we’ll refund you the complete order amount, whichever suits you the best.

Shipping Address

All customers are requested to provide precise, error-free mailing addresses while placing orders. Delivery is not guaranteed in the case of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be able to refund or reship the order. BudgetPetCare will not be liable for the shipment, once the mailing partner confirms the delivery.
